Since all products in the online store are personalized and made custom, any purchase will be considered a final sale. No return / exchange will be accepted.

Furthermore, if the merchandise is defective upon receipt, we will be happy, upon presentation of the original receipt, to exchange the defective merchandise at Sports Rousseau Laval within 15 days of receipt. Each of these cases will be dealt individually with a TEAM representative.
